These hotel rates are only for pre-registered delegates of LCPM 8 and their
accompanying persons. Once you have pre-registered for the conference, you will
receive a username and password by email. Through ‘Delegate Access’ you can
login, select your hotel and book your accommodation.
Participant’s accommodation will be assured only if the registration fee is paid
on or before July 15, 2009. Else, the hotel accommodation is not assured.
Participants are required to complete payment for the entire duration of their
booked dates DIRECTLY at the Conference hotels on arrival.
Bookings can also be made offline by sending mail/ fax to LCPM Secretariat
(Fax: +91 80 23513930; Email: lcpm2009@isro.gov.in) on or before Jul 15, 2009
with required information like the Choice of Hotel, Date of Arrival, Date of
Departure, requirement of Single / Double room.
Coach Transport is being provided complimentary to all delegates between the
two hotels.
Un-booked rooms being held for the Conference at discounted rates in the above
hotels will be released on July 15, 2009 and the delegates will be directly
linked to the hotels for further direct correspondence related to
accommodation.
